Magnetic Float Level Switch

The NIVOMAG MK-200 series magnetic float level switches are used for point level detection of liquids in all types of vessels.

Operation without external power, side or top mounting, wide temperature ranges, various process connections, stainless steel wetted parts and Ex versions make it applicable in the chemical, pharmaceutical and oil industry, etc. A permanent magnet operated by the float movement operates another magnet inside the switching enclosure. This second magnet operates a switch with volt free contacts. Standard Version, 316ti stainless steel construction, standard 92 x 92mm mounting flange, and 202mm insertion length.

The ENT7 Capacitance Level Switch is intended for high or low-level detection of free-flowing powders and granular materials in silos and hoppers etc.
The instrument is completely self-contained, requiring only a supply voltage and having a set of independent voltage-free changeover contacts for connection to external control equipment or alarms.

The unit operates on the principle of a changing electric field caused by the presence or absence of material around the probe. This change is used to operate the output relay. An internal Failsafe Switch offers the option of  failsafe for either high or low level alarms, LED indicators show the state of the output relay. A multi-turn Sensitivity Control allows accurate adjustment of the switch point.The ENT 7 is suitable for top mounting into a 1½” BSP socket.

The 3 metre long probe is 6mm Ø PVC covered stainless steel flexible cable with an adjustable stainless steel weight assembly.

Conductivity Level Switch

The ELT68C is a self-contained, all-in-one, conductivity level switch designed for the detection of conducting liquids and is capable of differentiating between dense layers of foam and the actual liquid surface.

The adjustment range of the ELT68C renders the unit also capable of interface detection between beer/water, milk/water, caustic/water, etc.
In standard form the unit is supplied with a PTFE partly insulated high grade 316 stainless steel rod electrode, 1000mm in length.24Vdc three-wire operation.
An optional 316 stainless steel welding gland can also be supplied.
